How we got here

One day while watching a video of my kids and I playing, I didn’t even recognize myself. It was at that moment I knew I had to change the way I lived. Well now I’m over 40 and over the last 15 years I’ve worked on my physical and mental strength, fortitude, and I look to be a better version of myself each and every day.
