Stuck at a certain weight?  Trying to lose fat in specific areas? We create a plan with targeted exercises and calorie intake for the weight loss and muscle gain you want to see.

Run faster and increase your endurance. Our approach considers all factors including body types and your overall goals. Our program is something you can carry with you to continue improving even after you’ve reached your initial goals.  

Senior Fitness

Age is just a number, right? It’s never too late to get in shape and stay active. Whether recovering from a previous issue, maintaining your current state or wanting to improve your overall physical outlook, we can help. We offer daily online programming. These include instructional videos and 24/7 availability to answer questions. This is great for people whose schedules don’t allow for them to exercise each day.  

Strength Training

Specific workouts to reach your strength goals. These workouts combined with scheduled rest periods and protein intake ensure you are constantly improving. You’ll be surprised at just how fast the strength comes.

Group Training Available

Don’t want to do it alone?  Fleet Fitness is eager to impact the lives of as many people as possible.  Often, the best way to reach people is in a group setting where support systems are available. We also provide discounts for these sessions. 

Nutrition Coaching

Healthy living starts in the kitchen! Nutrition label examinations, macro coaching and protein consumptions are all areas of emphasis. No matter your goals, a well-balanced nutrition plan is essential.  

Competition & Races

If you are looking to train for the next big race or competition, we can help! Our trainers are experienced competitors themselves and are ready to help you get in shape and prepare for an upcoming race or competition.

Yes! Fleet Fitness is licensed, insured and bonded. You will only work with certified personal trainers.  

We can customize sessions for variable lengths of time, but typical sessions are 1 hour in length.  

None! We provide and transport to you all necessary commercial-grade equipment tailored for your work out.
